The most important part of earning your reward is to tell the leasing office staff that you found their community using “Best Apartments USA”. When you contact or visit the property they often ask how you heard about them. You must tell them it was by using Best Apartments USA exclusively. If they have you fill out a Guest Card or Welcome Card you must write on it that you found them using Best Apartments USA. This is very important because in order to receive your Reward we will need to verify that you notified the property you heard about them by using Best Apartments USA.
3) Rent & Be Rewarded
Simply return back here and claim your rewards using our Claim Your Reward page. We will contact the property to verify the information. Once the information is verified and the property has sent Best Apartments USA a marketing fee we’ll start sending you your $50 CASH CARD.
